Dr. Haridas' record in teaching Economics, Strategic Management and Political Economy has been impeccable. Her understanding of changing market dynamics of education and teaching are second to none. She is well versed in the areas of Political Economy, Strategic Management, International Business along with Micro and Macro Economics.
She is also known for her administrative and institution building skills. She has played a major role in the story of MAEER's MIT, now, MIT-World Peace University, especially the MIT School of Government and MIT School of Business. She is associated with the university as a Dean at present holding the institution responsibility for the Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Commerce, Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Governance. She has a major contribution in the growth of Management education and the MBA program prior to her current engagement with the Law and Commerce education.
